She’s coached at an elite high school level and judged various competitions, developing a strong instinct for what actually hits on the floor—and what scores.

From 2021–2026, Morgan served as the Head Cheer Coach at Spain Park High School in Birmingham, Alabama, where she took the program to record highs—earning national recognition and achieving the highest placements in school history at UCA High School Nationals. She has choreographed numerous regional and state champion Game Day routines, along with national finalist performances across a variety of divisions.

She also spent nearly nine years working with UCA as a Head Instructor, an experience that strengthened her ability to connect with teams and bring out the best in every group she works with.

Morgan’s greatest passion in the sport is Game Day choreography. Her style is high-energy, intentional, and fun, focused on creating routines that feel unique to each team while maximizing both crowd appeal and scoresheet potential. She’s big on building routines that not only score well, but that athletes genuinely love performing.

More than anything, Morgan values the relationships she builds along the way. She prides herself on being someone athletes and coaches can count on throughout the season—not just for choreography, but as a supportive and positive presence in their corner.
